1 or 2 day course depending on experience and requirements
This course is designed for anyone new to Outlook as well as people who are using Outlook but are not confident in using all of the available features. At the end of the course the learner will be able to create and manage messages, tasks, notes and calendar entries. During the course the learner will practice their skills with skill reviews and exercises. An evidence of learning form will be completed during the course and verified by the trainer. This can be used to prove competency in the areas covered by the learner. A certificate of completion will also be issued.

This course is designed for delegates that are confident in using all of the basic features of Outlook covered in our Level One course. At the end of the course the learner will be able to manage their outlook data more efficiently, interact with other team member and colleagues calendars, manage security settings and use the advanced Outlook features. During the course the learner will practice their skills with skill reviews and exercises. An evidence of learning form will be completed during the course and verified by the trainer. This can be used to prove competency in the areas covered by the learner. A certificate of completion will also be issued.
