Focus4 Trainng Ltd - Term and Conditions
All bookings with Focus4 Training are subject to these terms of business unless otherwise agreed with the company.
Payment
Course fees will have VAT added at the current rate.
Once confirmation is received, we will issue an invoice.
Payments must be made in full at least ten working days before the start of the course.
Payments can be received via cheque, BACS or credit card. Please make cheques payable to Focus4 Training Limited. Please confirm our payment terms with your accounts department
Cancellation and Transfer
If cancellation takes place within 10 working days of the course start date, no refund can be made. No charge will be made for delegate name change, providing the course and the date remain the same.
